Bake and cool sheet cake and prepare cake pops recipe using 1/2 cup frosting. Insert sticks following recipe.

To thin frosting for dipping, heat in microwave at Defrost setting (30% power) for 20-30 seconds; stir. Repeat until consistency of frosting will pour.

Dip cooled pops in chocolate frosting. Place in decorating stand and chill until firm. Using thinned vanilla frosting in a cut parchment bag, pipe topping drips on top. Position nonpareils and cinnamon drop. Let set.
